SCHOOL / INSTRUCTOR CONNECTION BOARD

This page is designed to connect Accredited Powerboat Schools looking for US Sailing Certified Powerboat Instructors and for Certified Powerboat Instructors looking for work, either seasonal or permanent, with an Accredited Powerboat School.  This is a service that is provided to you by US Sailing to facilitate connections between schools and instructors.

Please be as specific as possible. For example, Accredited Schools should describe the level(s) of certification desired (Basic Keelboat; Cruising Instructor, CO Nav, Coastal Passage making, etc.).  Select all that apply from the drop-down. Schools should indicate whether they are looking for part-time or full-time instructors or seasonal.  Please list the location(s) since some schools have multiple locations.

Certified instructors, please indicate all levels of certifications you currently have from the dropdown.  List the dates you are available, location(s) desired, and any other details that will help you to connect with a school that is looking for instructors with your specific qualifications.

• The information you submit through the form will be displayed on this page that is secure and only available to US Sailing Accredited Powerboat Schools and US Sailing Certified Powerboat Instructors
• Schools and Instructors are responsible for making their own arrangements for employment - US Powerboating is not a broker for this.
• This service is only available to US Powerboating Accredited Schools and Certified Powerboat Instructors.
• Instructors are responsible for ensuring that all of the requirements for certification are current like SafeSport, First Aid and CPR, USCG license (for upper-level certifications), and Teaching and Coaching Fundamentals
• Your listing will be posted within 5 business days and will be displayed for one year from the date of posting - to renew, please resubmit the form.
